About Me
My name is Maria Pia Prebisch. I have been practicing immigration law since 2013. I have experience in all areas of immigration law, including nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, H-2B, H-2A, E-2, F-1, K-1, L-1A, L-1B, R-1, U), immigrant petitions (through family members and employers), adjustment of status, PERMs, waivers, citizenship and naturalization, deferred action (DACA, VAWAs, etc.), and removal defense.
I am passionate about immigration law and helping my clients find a legal path that meets their goals for being in the U.S. My goal is to help my clients explore their options, explain the process, and prepare their cases.
